Although born in the capital city, Seoul, Ki Chang moved with his family to the smaller industrial city of Masan when he was very young. He grew up in Masan and remained there until he graduated from high school.
After completing high school, Ki Chang left home to attend Pusan National University College of Law.
Ki Chang passed the lawyer's exam and entered the Judicial Research & Training Institute, where he completed his qualifications to become a licensed lawyer. During his time at the Judicial Research & Training Institute, he was selected to attend a US Trade law seminar at Colombia Law School.
After graduating from the Judicial Research & Training Institute, Ki Chang joined Pusan Pacific Law Office. Here, he has found a place as a respected figure in corporate and international law.
Ki Chang is an avid music listener. He also enjoys swimming. He has recently started playing golf and is enjoying the most stressful relaxing game ever invented.
